There were only 3 associates working. I had to wait 20 mins for help. I would like more ppl available.

I don't live in the area. I was a little disappointed that the sales associate did not know about the disney clips.

The cash register would not accept the discount & it took a long time to get resolved on iPads.

I was told that I had to look at the charms through the glass display. She said, she wasn't allowed to take the trays out for me to handle the charms.

I was the next customer up for assistance and the sales associate chose to go with someone who came in behind me. The charms that were available were not the ones that I wanted. The charms that I wanted were out of stock.

I had to have associate look around further for item

They didn’t have the ring I needed but I just ordered it on line.

I was satisfied...they just didn't have my bracelet size and i got a display bracelet. Due to that...it kept falling off my wrist.

I felt somewhat rushed by the customer service rep. I would more enjoyed a more warming feeling by the rep. I was pose a question, do I want it or not, in which I did not receive well.

They didn't have the right size in a bracelet I came to purchase.
