The the way the charms are displayed leads customers to believe the price is different (lower) than it is. The charm I purchased was more and I was made aware when my total was purchased. The display should be set up differently.

Because my ear ring was missing a back peace to an ear ring an the sales person gave me any back peace. an I mention that that back peace was in her hand she said no she found a back peace an put it on it an found out that she put any back peace on my ear ring an i got home an noticed that she gave me something that wasnt looking like something that did not match my ear ring I pay to much money there to not have the right peace

Had to wait for service.

The employees were just dismissive and not attentive enough to me even though I called ahead of time to reserve a couple of charms.

no particular reason, the salesperson who I usually deal with wasn't working today. I guess thats why.

The store was great. As were the associates there to help.

It’s just me. I never give a “highly” satisfied because I always feel there is room for improve. But none the less, my visit was a pleasurable one because I purchased my first pandora bracelet.

I like Pandora but I use it as a travel bracelet to remind me of were I’ve been which kind of fun, however the destination charms are a lot more expensive than some of the other regular charms. I travel at least two to 3 times a year out of my normal area, at $80 to $90 a charm, it’s a little pricey

Some of the peaches I was looking for was not at this store . Need more leases that are advertised. Need more ear ring chooses an no ankle bracelet would be nice.

I was trying to look at merchandise in a case. Customers would not move and sales associate did not ask them to move over to allow me to view merchandise. There was plenty of counter space available.
