Pandora Jewelry

My reasons of visiting pandora on this day was to make a purchase of charms for my bracelet and to have my bracelet cleaned. My friend and I was told that we couldn’t get our bracelets clean.

I wanted 3 bracelets you only had 2 in a particular style and no little storage Pandora bags to put bracelet in to go in the box. The store doesn’t have a big selection of merchandise like it did several years ago.

The selection was limited. I know it was likely due to the Covid-19. That was the only reason I didn’t rate highly satisfied.

Limited merchandise & sales rep didn’t know if or when it would be available

Good customer service

This was my first time in the store. My necklace is my first Pandora jewelry item. I thought there may be more charms in the store.

It turns out the bracket I bought was too short.

Small store. Christmas traffic. Discontinued items/line not announced.

I love everything u have to offer.

Take so long to buy 1 bracelet, a lot charms, and wrist is not available to purchase in the store, I get to go home to buy them on line, but not sure that I can get 35% discount on line or not.
