The charm I was looking was not in stock

Pier to this visit I has asked about a price of a charm and was told the charm cost $40.00. When I came back to purchase the item on this trip a new sales lady advised me the charm cost $60.

It was really easy to return a damaged product. I love how they suggested to give me a gift card or pick another one in the store right away. Highly recommended

I was satisfied I just wasn’t highly satisfied. The people were friendly.

There was not much availability of the merchandise I was looking for. I think it’s a little overpriced. I’m quite picky about stuff so it’s hard for me to be “highly satisfied.”

I didn't see any sister charms at this location. This made it very hard for me to choose. The selection of BFF charms weren't that great either :/
