Didn’t have a Nashville charm!

I made a purchase about 3 weeks ago and was advised to get the smaller bracelet because they would be getting more sizes in and I could come back to exchange my item for the correct size. I waited and the store did not receive the size I needed so I just exchanged the bracelet for a different one.

I think she may have been new and just needed more time to adjust.

My experience was great; however, I returned items purchased 1 month and a 1/2 ago that faded and broke within days of purchase.

At first the sales associate did not act interested.

My clasp is broken and the sales associate wouldn't repair or exchange it because I live in NC and it was a gift.

Well had to wait about 15-20mins before being allowed in the store. Only one worker was available at that time and was with a customer. I was in the store about 10mins then soon after another worker came out from the back to allow another customer to come inside after waiting a long time.

Small store with little room to move around Didn’t find the items in the store that where online Staff wasn’t as friendly. I think they base on their service on what you looked like.

The associate only brought me one charm at a time instead of the tray like other customers

I love great custoner service. The ladies in this store were very attentive and showed freat customer service. I will return to this store for additional purchases!
