I was visiting from Texas and purchased my first bracelet and charm. I knew what I wanted...butterfly bracelet and charm and asked how I could secure my charms because a couple of friends recently lost all of theirs when their clasp came open. My salesperson told me about a clip and you had the perfect butterfly one for me. I have been fascinated with butterflies, especially blue ones since my grandmother passed in 2020. The money for the bracelet and charm was a gift for completing my doctoral degree. I was very happy that I was able to purchase what I wanted while on vacation. My saleslady was so professional and helpful. She made the experience very rewarding and represents the company well.

The associate Cara was very friendly and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she found it and also suggested other charms. She also didn’t rush me and suggested gifts with certain amount of purchases. Needless to say I walked out with more than I came for!

I shop there for years, service and quality of product both excellent. 3 young ladies on cell phones, one decided to wait on me, other 2 never looked up!

Pandora has been a part of my jewelry collection for many years. I have since began adding to my daughters bracelet. Recently, I started my granddaughter off with her first bracelet. I have added several charms to it.

Makiyah was extremely attentive. She was also very helpful in helping pick out the right item. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner.

Any visit with Pandora is always a pleasure! Not only is the quality of the jewelry awesome but so are the sales associates. I’ve visited when they were extremely busy and when they had no customer in the showroom at all! I received the same quality care 😊
