Good customer service. Nice staff. Good environment.

Got my bracelet cleaned and looks gorgeous, did a great job with it!! Very friendly energetic staff, but a have a lot of merchandise to keep up with. Not able to get Lilo and Stich charm sold out, and asked if could notify me when returns. Got the floating charm for M and M mini and she set it up for me, love it. Also, got Rocketts charm. Just wish could have gotten Stich, as don't get over to Green Hills that often.

Had a great experience with this Pandora store. Very knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately will not be able to return to the store since it is in Nashville and I live in Michigan.

Nina S. was a wonderful salesperson! She knew how to treat a guest and make them feel special. Nina also encouraged me to open up a Pandora Credit Card. I have bought quite a bit over the past years since the Disney collection began. I have also been asked to open a Pandora Credit Card many times. Nina's approach was the right one for me. I know that I will enjoy using my card in years to come. In addition to the many positive things that one could say about this outstanding employee.... she also suggested the snow white 80th anniversary charm. I look forward to working with her in the near future.

I love this store, the nice and helpful women that work there. The jewelry will last a lifetime ant then some🤗
