My sales person was very effective in getting me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Overall it was a good experience and definitely will go back to that location.

From the moment I walked in the store, I was greeted with courtesy and friendliness. All three of them were all friendly and knowledgeable. Most especially, Emily B. No. 141980. She helped with applying and getting me a Pandora Preferred credit card approved, shopping for great deals for charms to matched what I wanted and preferred and most especially for offering and helping with re-arranging my current pandora bracelet with all my charms to my satisfaction with a whole lot of patience and courtesy. Truly appreciated.

The sale Rep was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She offered to clean my bracelet after organizing it. I was pleased with how she was able to direct me right to what I was looking for. I felt comfortable talking to her and I was excited before I left about my coming back to the store in the near future.

Emily B is a wonderful sales lady! She really helped me find charms that I was looking for, and even though there were some we couldn't find, she made some other options.
