Sales lead that helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She exchanged my damaged order without any hesitation. She suggested items and let me know about the sales. Because of this I also purchased 2 charms

Staff is very professional, I love the Ambiance in the store, it doesn't feel cheap or cheesy! The young lady who serve me this time was very pleasant and attentive to my needs, the only reason I gave less than a 5 was because when the phone rang I was in the middle of a question and she had to answer it oh, and also there were three items that I was looking for in initials that were not available, and this is the second time this has happened at this location. Other than that I am thoroughly satisfied with this location and the staff. They have all been great each time I've come.

Camille was fantastic! We came in looking to purchase 2 wishbone stackers as wedding bands and Camille helped us try on several options. She was very patient with us and we ended up getting 2 additional rings! Great experience!
