It was my first time actually looking and shopping for a bracelet. I learned a lot about the care and craftsmanship that go into Pandora jewelry which really is a testament to the quality. Also the girl that helped us was so funny and personable, I already want more charms to add to my bracelet.

My sales consultant Kathy was AMAZING! She was extremely helpful and friendly. My husband and I had came in the day before just to browse, and Kathy provided me with the summer catalog so I could go home and come up with an idea for my stackable rings. I came back the next day with a fairly good idea of what I wanted and she made it happen. They turned out better than I imagined! Thanks Kathy and Pandora Team
