The sales rep. was knowledgeable about charms and bracelets. She was able to affectively but my charms in order to my liking. I actually bought 6 charms yesterday. Today was my second visit.

Customer associates were very helpful with finding charms as well as being knowledgable about promotional events. They were able to easily split the purchase between multiple cards to allow me to get the promotional deal with two different people buying two charms.
