My mother had lost a bracelet in Boston last week and was very upset. Your sales person was very understanding and patience with my mother because she had to start fresh with new charms. She wasn't able to afford all the charms she wanted so it took her longer to decide on which one she wanted. And your sales person did not rush her and I truly appreciated that. Thank you very much.
