I was highly satisfied because I found the item I had been looking for. I was dissatisfied with the selection of merchandise because there were a lot of items out of stock.

The sales associate was great. The value was great. The price was great.

The salesperson who helped me had helped me previously pick out a pair of earrings. I came in to exchange a ring that was the wrong size and she very quickly and efficiently switched them out for me. She was extremely personable, friendly, and had great product knowledge, but was in no way pushy. I am much more likely to return to this Pandora as opposed to the other one in town because I had a wonderful experience and like being helped by the same person.

Because what I was looking for was available. I don’t live in a area where the actual Pandora Store is close by so I have to drive about 37 miles. When I try to obtain new items from the jewelry stores in my area that carry Pandora products it always a 4-6 weeks wait for new products.

One who helped me the other day is Nina S who is SOOO knowledgable and SOOO helpful The other, who I want to highlight today, is Kathy. This lady is SOOO kind and SOOO knowledgable and SOOO helpful!! I ran into a discrepancy during my recent purchase that a very inexperienced employee caused, and the manager on duty was not helpful AT ALL. I was ready to return my entire purchase!! But Kathy stepped up and was so lovely and solved my issue entirely!!! I would not have returned if it wasn't for her!!!
