She clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. I exchanged something for a chain necklace for a specific pendant. She made sure the pendant fit perfectly.

As someone who had never bought jewelry before (buying for my GF), I was given great assistance and everyone was patient with me, which was not true at other stores I tried. The prices were reasonable overall. High customer service
