The sales associate was very helpful,about everything.I promise I will be coming back real soon for more charms.Maybe even a necklace .I will be getting a ring later on.

Everyone in the store was very polite and very kind the merchandise was very good I'll be back real soon the store was very clean me and my husband saw a lot of things that were interested in and I'm a big fan of Pandora and I've already recommended a lot of people there I even talked one of the sales girls and take it in a different bracelet to go with the ones that she has

I hate that I do not remember the 2 associates names at the Green Hills store Nashville to shout them out. I was in the store on 2/27/2019 between 5/6. The ladies were very professional and helpful. I knew exactly what I needed as I was shopping for my daughter's Sweet 16. Even so the 2 women were able to locate what a needed very quickly. Please tell them Thank You!

The customer service was exceptional as my last visit it was just ok. The AM that helped me was very friendly. The Associate assisted in telling me my item I picked was actually on sale 30% off so great product knowledge.

My sister purchased a bracelet for me, I was very surprised because I have been wanting a ap Pandora bracelet for a long time, so the next day I went to the store to look at some charms, and had the same sals lady my sister had the day before, she was so sweet, patient and helpful so I decided every other pay period I would go to this store to purchase more charms.
