I was looking for the perfect gift for my cousin. I was able to find it online, but wanted to pick up in store to get it faster. I called the Green Hills store and was greeted by Lilly, who was extremely sweet and promised to hold the item I was looking for (as it was the last set) until the end of business day. Once I made it to the store, I met w/ Lilly, Ney and Eriny who were all so sweet and eager to help. They all made sure my gift was exactly what I was looking for, they gave me pointers on how to keep the best quality of the gift, since it was rose gold, and took the most care in gift wrapping and making sure I had a gift receipt for my cousin as well. I don't shop Pandora too often, but whenever it's time for my next visit, I'll be sure to visit this location. Thanks ladies!
