The Sales Associate was very friendly and personable. She was patient while we decided what to purchase and made great recommendations.

The associates were friendly and helpful. The selection was good. Although the charm I chose was a little pricey, my $10 birthday present from Pandora, made it a little better.

Thus last visit was great. I purchased items however had to replace a charm this visit and had to have another charm replaced thar was purchased at a location in Kennesaw, GA. My only issue is that I had to replace the charms themselves.

The workers are always kind and professional, the store is always clean and well stocked. The merchandise is always displayed and set up good.
