I was satisfied with the service. When the store finally opened. I waited outside the store in line for 45min. The store was suppose to open at 11am. But it didn't.

Ariel, the associate helping me was extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I went into the store because I was not sure about my ring size. The sales associate was very helpful. I love my ring!

I was visiting from out of town and came into the store on Black Friday. There was quite a bit of a wait but the sales associate was very accommodating once it was my turn to shop. She was also very nice and helpful during my visit.
