The associate manager is actually the one that waited on us this time her name was Emma. Emma was awesome she’s just the “bomb.com”🥰 She greeted us as soon we walked into the store. Emma knew that our my first visit to this location was bad(not with her of course!) But after returning and she gave me service that was expected day one. I explained the reason behind my purchase, was for my daughter’s birthday. She was super helpful & gift wrapped my items (wasn’t done on my initial visit). Even though I had to return a third time, (my daughter needed a different size bracelet), Emma helped us with everything we needed, she made the exchange totally easy my daughter was pleased (which is what matters most to me) and it was her first Pandora piece so this was really a big deal for her!😊. We’re new to the brand and Elmma made all the difference we will definitely return! Thank You EMMA!!!❤️

I wanted a new charm for my Pandora bracelet, so I stopped by in store in Green Hills mall. I waited maybe 5 minutes, and then I was taken care of. The selection was decent, but not the best, but my overall satisfaction was highly satisfied.

Having gone to this same several days prior for the first time,I was NOT satisfied with the service I received. However, returning today I received the level of service and professionalism from different sales representatives that I expected to have received on my first visit. I let them know that I almost bypassed returning here to go to the Cool Springs store. All based upon my previous experience. They redeemed themselves today. Good/Great customer service means a great deal to me. There's a lot of other high-end jewelry shops I could've spent my money and time with. Good job this time Pandora.

Our sales woman was kind, courteous & knowledgeable. We are very happy with the quality of jewelry. The pricing of the merchandise is very affordable.

The teamwork was amazing, I received help from 2 young ladies. Even got my Pandora bracelet and charms cleaned (it was long overdue).
