I am a regular at this store we visit 3 or 5 times a year minimum. We enjoy Gina as our sale associate, she is kind & knowledgable. Always helpful & knows many of the styles & charms I want to see or waiting for. Staff is friendly & fun.

Associate was nice and friendly. Amazing customer service.

I was greated right away and informed of a waitlist as it was a Friday 35% off day and it was busy. I didn't have to wait long and midway through my wait I was informed it wouldn't be long and the manager even greeted me by name. My sales associate Alissa was great. She was honest in her opinions and didn't pressure my purchase. I actually bought more than I planned due to my excellent service. Love this store and product!!

I keep returning to Westfield Oakridge Pandora store because all of the staff if friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They make a difference in my purchase experience every time and that's why it's my preferred place to shop for Pandora items.

Right when I enter the door i was greeted by a nice gentleman and he offer to help me . The purchase was fast.

As soon as we walked into the store Sarah welcomed me and my sisters in the nicest way. She helped us with every question we had since it was the first time purchasing Pandora jewelry. I would totally recommend the jewelry!
