I was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. I was then introduced to Ari who provided me what I needed. She was pleasant and offered additional help without being pushy. She was fabulous

The sales associate that attended me was very helpfull. She asked me about the likes of the person I was shopping for. What I liked the most of the sales girl, is that she reminded me of my upcoming wedding anniversary, based on purchase history that she sae in my account.

My associate, Anna, was absolutely incredible! She was so knowledgeable about all the pieces from all different collections. She was so sweet and went above and beyond for me. She helped me find a new bracelet, picked out charms for my personality, and cleaned my old charms for me!!!

Fatima was great! We walked in a newly weds and she went above and beyond! To make us feel special. Thank you Fatima!

I had a small issue with my charm, it was replaced based on my warranty. The sales associate was very friendly, attentive and also showed me additional merchandise that I was interested in purchasing.

Lisa from Bollingbrook was so helpful to me when I was looking for my pieces for my bracelet. Very knowledgeable and has couple of suggestions. Only issues I had was the lack of choices. Not enough choices of charms or clips or spacers. Even on the website, it has less choices now and mostly out of stocks.

Jestina helped me out with one of the charms that I had bought previously online w/a Marvel collection & was unaware of the spin on feature (I thought I was going to have to buy an entire different necklace for this one charm) but she guided me in the right direction & I was very grateful for it.

The sales associate at the store was very knowledgeable and polite. Her name was Clare, I think she was the store .manager if I read her name badge correctly. She also took the time to put each charm into its own box before I left. Very nice place
