Every time I go to this store I have to wait several minutes until someone can help me. I called ahead to make sure the charm I wanted was in stock.

This store does not have many of the items I want to purchase.

I bought a charm (You Are My Favorite Chick) for my daughter for her birthday. The catalog price showed $55, but the cashier ringed up $65. I told the cashier, and she told me that she could not do anything. She suggested me to call the customer service to talk to them. I have not having a chance to call customer service yet.

It’s a little bit pricey.

Not everything I wanted was in stock. The Sales person was very helpful and ordered what I wanted and offered suggestions.

My visit was fine and I don’t have any complaints. I was helped immeadiately and got what I needed. I would have been highly satisfied if it felt like the sales associate went above and beyond, but really that probably just has to do with how compatible personalities are.

It would be nice if there was a better selection in the store. They were out of a lot of merchandise. Prices are very high.

The people were not very friendly and the selection is very small not everything from the online website was available in store Jared had a bigger selection of pandora items

Location did not have many rings in my size (48), in in stock. Sales associate only showed me available styles in my size & did not make me aware of the huge ring selection Pandora has to offer or that one could be ordered in my size.

You didn't have my size so she ordered it for me but it will take two to three weeks and that seemed rather long to me we will see.
