Pandora Jewelry

I was buying a present for my sister and had never been in a Pandora store. I didn't know what I was looking for because I know little about the product. Salesperson Brittany was amazing in helping me! She made great suggestions and even though it was the Saturday before Christmas, she was polite, helpful, and never made me feel rushed.

Friendliness of associates. Quality of the merchandise. Timeliness of transaction.

I walked in early on Sunday and didn't have to wait to speak with someone. The associate showed me what I was looking for and found things in other sizes just to show me (if you didn't have that ring in my size). I was very satisfied. I love what I got and hope it will remain looking as nice as it does, for a very long time

We were met immediately upon entering the store in Fashion Place mall in SLC. I believe the clerks name was Irisa. We was very knowledgeable and knew right where the charms that I was looking for were stored. Her demeanor was professional and friendly. Unfortunately I have experienced some what snobby clerks in the past

I was most impressed with my sales associate Lizzie. She was very nice and friendly in helping me. She showed me the different necklaces that would go with the pendant I was looking at and showed me how each would look by actually hold it at the lengths on herself to show me how it would look. Very impressed with her help.

Good customer service and good quality products

My three friends and I returned a broken bangle previously being told we had to contact customer care. Having purchased the item here we felt it needed to be taken care of here not by returning it by mail. Shelley took care of the bangle exchanging it as we thought the store should and the three of us went on to purchase over $1000 in product, had it not been taken care of we would not of shopped there. Thank you Shelly for great customer care!

This store is well organized and the staff is very friendly.
