The woman that helped me was so helpful! I wasn’t sure if I had bought my bracelet too small so she loaded it up with a bunch of charms so that I could see how it would fit with more charms. I really appreciated that she took the time to do that.

I ordered and paid for my bracelet over the phone the day before I picked it up. It was in the "hold" just like they told me it would be. Everything went smooth as could be.

I went on my birthday and wasn't really planning on getting anything. There were a lot of ring designs, fit for all preferences and prices. The girl that helped me was very nonjudgmental when I asked how much things were. That's really How it should be, she excitedly helped me even though I explicitly told her I was only looking.

I walked in got greeted by a very friendly girl I can’t remember her name but i was looking for promise ring and she just showed me all these different ones and which ones would fit me and she had a great personality really nice ! I love this pandora store and I’ll definitely come back again !

It was my 4 time in the store, had done 2 returns previously that had to order my size. Each time I went in I learned more. This time I discussed going to Puerto Rico, they showed me the frog they had. Loved it, wanted it. Then they told me if I spend $100 get free bracket. So looked at different ideas, didn’t find anything. They had told me earlier that day that they where working on getting a U of U, which I want so I did a gift card for when they get it in.
