I had an great experience, this is my first Pandora bracelet. The sales women helped us out a lot. I enjoyed my experience.

I had my Pandora bracelet broken during a TSA check at an airport. I couldn't get it back together (I think I might have lost a connector during the whole experience) so I needed help in putting it back together - also bought a new charm for the sales associate to assist me with in my now "put back together" bracelet.

I felt welcome the suggestions to Help me choose what I was looking for and the pleasant attitude of The sales person wanting to make Sure I was happy with my choices

I was greeted when I walked into the store and was greeted nicely . The store was very clean. The people in the store made sure I left with a smile on my face . I feel like this should be a $20 off gift card .

Eileen, was very knowledgeable about Pandora I told her exactly what I was looking for and she was able to find it immediately and present additional items to match.

The Pandora representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Although, I had a short wait to enter the store I was acknowledged right away. Everyone in the store was very friendly. Awesome experience!
