The customer service is always excellent 100%. Every representative is always very knowledgeable on all of the products. It’s never a long wait. I went to Crocker Park location and they were NOT accommodating and very dishonest. I will forever give BEACHWOOD location all of my love.

From the Manager to the sales consultants, everyone was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist me with my order. My sales consultant was knowledgeable on the products in the store and offered great suggestions. Great job!
