Double charged for my purchase. Came back to the store to be told I had to wait till corporate looked into this and it would take 5-7 days for them to let me know. The manager handed it off to another associate, who was very nice. There was only one in stock, so not sure how I could have been double charged. Still no word on when this will get rectified and I’m not the one that made the mistake.

I was not able to use my coupon that expired a day or two before and the sales lady was not friendly

Overall I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. Long lines, no communication, and rude employees. I returned a ring only to have the employee to examine the ring 10 times prior to giving me a refund. I was told that I need my identification since I paid with my Pandora credit card ( I did have my receipt). she stated that was store policy. I also brought in a bracelet that I purchase from the store less than 6 months ago, that was starting to turn brown and the silver was peeling. I was told that the would try to clean it. I stated and if it still looks the same then what. she stated to me that I needed to take better care of the jewelry and it's not meant to be left out on a dresser. I was highly offened by that comment. I would never visit this store again. this is the second time I have had problems and will not spend anymore money with them all all.
