I have shopped with pandora before and found it to be a very satisfying company. Although, my most recent visit was extremely uncomfortable and in a way disturbing. When Jeanine had helped me she had offered one of the more expensive options. I had informed her I was on a budget shopping for my moms 50th birthday at the age of 20. Therefor, I wasn’t able to purchase packages that are hundreds of dollars. She made me very uncomfortable about that and rushed me through the rest of the time in the store. Since I was getting a charm bracelet I was taking my time looking at charms with my boyfriend contemplating what the get. She had an attitude and rolled her eyes to the point where my boyfriend had to walk away before saying something. No one else was in line and she constantly made us feel as we were rushed and unwelcome since we couldn’t afford the most expensive thing. Very bad service from her, I would correct that before she changes the minds of others about your store. I work in retail so I understand the importance of her job and promoting but I can honestly say that was harassment.

I was told The promo of the free bracelet did not apply to last chapter chance items. I check the internet and discovered I was given wrong info. I called the store the following day and was also told by Cheryl that I was given the wrong info but they ran out of bracelets the day I called and there was nothing she could do. I asked for corporate # and was told a mgr would call me back. I have made 5 calls and no call back.

We brought our grand daughter in to select 4 rings which were to be gifts for her graduation and confirmation. The sales associate placed them in an envelope so we could come back a few days later to pick them up. When we came in, there were only 3 rings in the envelope and they did not write down the item numbers so we did not know what she selected. Aside from the long wait this was a disappointment. We agreed to take two rings and asked if they could hold the third so we can bring her in to re-select the fourth ring - the associate said this was NOT possible. Really....Finally we asked for a manger who agreed to hold the third ring till we came back in. Totally NOT acceptable after their mistake.

I was satisfied until I read my receipt. I think I’m more upset because I asked the knowledgeable Courtney why my rose gold bracelet did not appear rose gold. She told me it was the lighting. However Miss Courtney Gabe me the more expensive gold reflection bracelet vs the rose gold! And she should have been aware IF she knew the price when I inquire before she even showed me the piece. So knowing the price off the top of your head at $175 why would u not notice a $200 charge and continually ignore my concern abt the color of bracelet. I hate to think this but I believe this was intentional and I am very upset and will not be back if this is the practice of the sales member at this location! Please investigate!

Sales Associate Loretta was rude and unfriendly. She was not nice at all. She seemed very unwilling to help and had an attitude when helping me.

I had to return two charms that I purchased five days prior to my visit on 6/21/18, Cheryl was the first sale associate available. She was very rude about the way I brought the charms in because another associate had put my charms in a pandora pouch because I denied the boxes so she thought I was bringing fake charms but I even had the receipt. I had to call the other associate because she remembered me! The way she talked to me was just unprofessional, but Nicole was a great associate.

I received a bracelet for motgers day. The bracelet fell pff twice due to a faulty clasp. I went in on Saturday and they exchanged it for me no problems at all. Then I spent another $250 adding 2 stoppers and 2 more charms. The sales associate put the bracelet on my wrist and I loved it. Later that same day the bracelet must have again been faulty as it fell off AGAIN. Unfortunately this time I was unaware as it was brand new and didnt pay attention to there may be an issue with it. Now I had the new bracelet and new charms for less than 8 hours and now I have NO BRACELET AT ALL. Why would the clasps be so weak? Why would they fall off so easily? I will NEVER recommend anyone spend money on something they will not have for even a full day!!!

I wanted to buy my mother a gift for her birthday. But because I did not get paid yet I had her credit card. I asked before paying if i could use it because we had the same last name and I had my id with me. she said yes it was fine. then when it came time to pay she asked for my id and i gave it to her and she told me she can’t accpet it because it wasn’t in my name. so i called my mom and asked her to transfer money onto my card thus nullifying the surprise of her gift. then the associate told me it’s ok “if i can’t afford the item” and i shouldn’t be embarrassed if i can’t.
