The salesperson had a very nasty attitude. After I showed her what I wanted. She got the items and threw them in the tray where she was supposed to display them. Never ask me was that it or nothing. I asked her about the promotion that you guys was offering. She open some book threw it in front of me and walked away. Never said what choices I had to pick from.

I went to the location in orland park il. I was dissatisfied with the manager who spoke down to me. She also told me , she couldn't returned a bracelet that had broken while I was putting it own one day. U guys had a Mother's day sale this year . When u bought so many items this bracelet was free w/ purchased. I tried to returned this bracelet for the same item she stated she did not have any of those bracelest and said also wrote a letter to your company regarding she never received this mother day item. When I spoke to someone the other day on the phone they stated you can take it back to the store and see do they have the item and they will returned it for you. Pandora has returned policy for a year.

I waiting in line for 15 min. I made a $200 purchase, but i was waiting on my sister to order more items, I was told to bring her back up to store, we wouldn't have to wait, but when she arrived we were told to get back inline.

I bought myself a charm for my bracelet the associate saw it and the reason I didn’t put the charm on the bracelet was bcus my bracelet was dirty and tarnished but got it home cleaned it and the charm doesn’t fit it was too small

The service was terrible ,I never had that problem and have been purchasing for 5 yrs. Very bad costumer service on this day, I will never go back to the Orland Park,Il Pandora.

I have a corporate coupon on no minimum purchase required and coupon was not deducted Went back to the store with receipt and manager Jeanine refused to accept coupon even though receipt clearly dated for 10/26/2019

I very often purchase charms from pandora all over the states. Whether for my friends or myself. I have a charm I received as a gift. It broke because it seems to be very sensitive. When I went to the store. They didn’t want to exchange it or try to be even helpful. I even came to spend more money. They Said we can give you discount buy it again. I’m sorry but that’s a gift why would I spend money on it especially if as they claim “ oh that’s the one we have issues with this is why they made better versions of the charm”. Very unacceptable as they saw on my hand that I do wear pandora this isn’t some small ring one time purchase. I would think pandora would have better customer service and would want to make their customer happy. Yes you might switch out my $50 dollars charm but it’s nothing to how much.l I am willing to spend in your store if you take care of me.

The sales person (Jeanine M #156644) was very unpleasant and seemed very annoyed that i came in unsure of what i wanted to buy my niece for her 18th birthday. She kept looking away as the customers were coming. I felt like i was being rushed to purchase an item cause she wanted to make another sale.

The sales person by the name Jeanine was very rude. I bought a charm for a gift, and she gave me the oldest most scratched charm they had. Shame I didn’t look at it until I got on my car and puchase was final sale.
