Even though on this visit the incident didn’t happen. But I came into Pandora prior to this day and the sales women were so rude and unpleasant. That it turned me away, On Thursday I was impulse purchasing from my previous visit. As I was driving home, I recalled how nasty and uninviting my previous visit was. And I returned the entire purchase and thought to myself…How dare you spend your money with a company who hires employees who doesn’t acknowledge ANY CUSTOMER IN OUR (your) PLACE of business. I will NEVER make another purchase and I’ll be sure to pass along the word to my friends, family and associates.

I waited in line because I decided to purchase additional products. There was a note to pick up online orders at the kiosk a few feet away. There was no one available at the kiosk. There was a camera there but apparently the activity isn’t being watched. I made my purchase and the associate advised to proceed to kiosk where I waited 15 minutes. I went back to the store and a different associate walked out with another customer who was waited on prior to myself. This was totally unprofessional considering they knew I had been waiting and was next in line. I will definitely not return to this location.

The line was 3 stores long. I saw a total of 5 associates. Only 2 were assisting customers. Rather help get the line down. They would tell us how/where to line up

I spent 834 dollars while visiting pandora during this time are suppose to get one bracelet every 150 u get correct we didn’t receive any because they didn’t have any more after waiting 2 hours to get inside the store

I have bought me a pair of earrings and a bracelet for Valentine’s Day for me for me and it broke never put them on and I tried to return them in the store and the customer service who help me was very rude to me

I visited the store on 2-12-21. I actually arrived before the store opened. I purchased a bracelet and charm and left 4 bracelets with 45 charms to be cleaned. The saleswoman told me I could pick them up 3 days later. I asked if there was a specific time I should come in for pickup and was told that any time would be fine. I arrived at 12pm and was told to wait "15" minutes. After an hour goes by I finally asked a saleswoman to just bring my things out. After waiting an additional 25 minutes my bracelets and charms were brought out. NONE CLEAN. So for 3 days my things just sat around. No one touched them until I arrived on the day designated to pick up my things. I've enjoyed every experience at that store until today. Im so angry that I don't think I'll be going back. Not even sure I'll be buying anything from pandora any time soon

outside of the store for over 1hour, its was three sale person outside the store standing and talking it was one person in front of me and to not be waited on for an hour very upset with this store.

Sales person was rude, impatient, with curt answers. Asked could i apply $10off coupin from survey. Told me 'you dont have a coupon bcz we dont do coupons here'. Askd her to box charms & bracelet separately. Told me 'no, we put charms on bracelet, then in one box'. I askd again if she would please put the bracelet & charms in separate boxes. Told me 'we dont do that if its for the same person'. I said 'put the merchandise that i have already paid for in separate boxes so we may leave this place once & for all'. She asked did i want a gift receipt & email receipt. I said 'No. Give me a regular paper receipt & do not email the receipt at all due to prvacy concerns.' She printed a gift receipt & emailed the reg receipt. I said maybe I misspoke but i told you not to email that & to give me a reg receipt. Told me 'its better this way in case you forget it or lose it. ' I told her thats not HER decision for MY email. Waiting outside was highly disorganized with 2 emp yelking for everyone to 'get out of the way for people who recd a text to get in line'. I was insulted & disrespected. I will not purchase any more & will return items or sell them.
