Purple Heart charm was placed on wrong and wouldn’t come off. The charm peeled. They had to cut the bracelet to get the charm off and didn’t offer to replace my bracelet or offer some sort of discount on another bracelet for my 9 yr old granddaughter. Disappointed totally.

The sales associate was very slow. She took my charms off of my bracelet and did not ask if she could and then put them back on wrong. Her nails were very dirty. If you are showing jewelry your nails should be neat and clean. Over all bad experience

This is the second time that the associate tried to cheat me. I took a photo of an item that I wanted to purchase and once I began to check out, the girl jacked the price up 20 extra dollars. I showed her the photo and she blamed it on another employee and said that they didn’t know what they were doing. I’m highly unimpressed and I was almost cheated AGAIN…..Thank God for the photo the earrings were marked for 45.00 inside of the tray and she jacked the price up to 65.00. When I caught her in the lie she didn’t take any ownership and I feel that she was trained to CHEAT great customers like myself. I wanna speak to corporate asap

I was waiting line for more than an hour, no one was there to greet or answers questions. We had to write our names down on the list. Once in there the associate did not no what charms I was looking for, she had zero clue and she was not nice at all. Very rude and just plain ugly. Told me to put my jewelry in the box and if that was it I could just go.

They sent me the wrong charm then told me to take it to any pandora store once I went to the store they then told me I had to go to a certain store they literally just gave me the run around there was no clarity

After asking to see wedding charms, the sales person, removed ONE charm and placed it on the corner, this was VERY offensive to me. I asked her why she did that, that no other sales person was doing that with other customers, which made me feel it was done because I am a black woman, not knowing I hold a PhD in psychology and is a CEO of an Behavioral Health Center.

One of the employees was really rude. she seemed so annoyed to help me and my friends. she slammed the book on the table multiple times and snatched it from me. i’m highly dissatisfied and i felt forced to buy something because she already charged it before i could tell her if i even wanted it.
