the sales associate was rude. she messed my order up when i got to the front to check out i didn’t have the charms i wanted and didn’t realize till i got home which is unfortunate and she was falling all over the store and being rude to her coworkers and i tried to tell another associate about her they didn’t say anything

Between myself and my husband we spent close to $400 to be told there we no more free bracelets for our purchases we are very upset this is not acceptable this is from my receipt.

There was a promotion sent in the mail for a $25 Gift card, no minimum purchase required only to find out it was a coupon for in store use at that time only. This was very misleading and disappointing. Makes me look at the brand different and consider purchasing charms elsewhere.

I have been a customer with Pandora for several years. This is by far, the absolute worst experience with customer service I've ever had at Pandora and anywhere else for that matter! The sales associate was rude, unhelpful, and completely disrespectful! She never once said hello to me and I had no idea my transaction was complete! She walked away from the counter multiple times and never explained to me that she would be right back or what she was going to do. So at the end, I am standing at the counter near the entrance of the store for approximately 2 minutes. I notice she is now back at the registers in the rear of the store, doing stuff. So I walked to the back of the store and had to ask her, "Am I all set and is my transaction complete?" She was the worst person I have ever encountered in sales, ever! And that says a lot considering I've purchased my vehicles from car dealerships! I would appreciate the store manager and someone from corporate reaching out to me regarding this situation. I always complete the surveys and this is the first negative one I've had to do.

I visit Orland park Mall Pandora It was a Black Associate. She was very unfriendly no conversation look as if she didn’t want to be working there made me feel like you can buy this item or not. I brought the item because, I like it but, felt very unwelcome she was very uninterested I had to ask her to put my other items in a bag. Bad experience with her Not good Customer Service at all!!

I purchased a bracelet in VA And exchanged it in IL. The store returned and made me pay extra taxes when this should have been an EVEN exchange!

When I arrived at the store at 10 am the store was not open but there were 4 sales associates inside the store. the sign stated due to the lack of associates they would not open until 11 am. However, on the website, it stated that the store opened at 10 am. The same amount of associates was present at 11 am that was available at 10 am.
