I was returning a gift that was purchased for me. The associate was distracted and did not seem interested in helping me. There was a price difference in the earrings I was buying and the associate seemed annoyed that I kept asking how much things were.

I was very dissatisfied with my visit to the Pandora store in Orland Square mall located in Orland IL. I was not greeted right away when I entered the store. A group of women was too busy giggling and conversating. Then they didn't know which one would help me. The person that did was very unknowledgeable about the items I inquired about. She kept having to get the book or ask someone else. Then as I did make my selections to purchase, every time she went to find another item for me, she took the tray with the items on there as if I was going to steal them or something. Also, she couldn't find out where my receipt printed out at (which took about 5 minutes to find), then two charms I was really interested in didn't fit the bracelet, so she had to return them and I had to pick something else out. I figured I would spend no more than 30 minutes in the store and I end up spending an hour and 15 minutes. I always shop at this location, but I doubt I would be going back. I am considering return all my items and purchasing them at another location.

I was told 2 months ago that if anything happened to the jewelry, whether it was plated or ware and tear, that I could come back in and switch it out. I went in and tried to switch it out because it chipped and was starting to turn my finger green. The associate, Jessica, told me that’s it’s always been policy that they can’t switch out jewelry if it’s ware and tear damage which is wrong. I have 100’s of dollars worth of jewelry and never been told I can’t do it
