The wait in line was about 45 minutes the merchandise for sale was minimal and scarce.

They were very rude It was like no one wanted to help. I waited in line for 30 min got to the front and people acted like I couldn’t get help. They didn’t wrap my box either. I never have been treated so bad

I was trying to return my purchase to get my money back but because I didn’t buy the Pandora bracelet at Pandora I wasn’t able to exchange to get my money back so I could’ve purchased what I wanted I had to do an exchange I wanted to do the buy one and get one free but I couldn’t do it because they wouldn’t take my bracelet back

My teenage daughter's went with a certain gift in mind that they were purchasing for a friend. They repeatedly asked the sales associate for that item and she showed them several different pieces and never the one they asked. After a good 20-30 minutes, she finally pulled out the item. I was highly upset that they experienced this even though they told her which item they were interested in.

The sales person was so ignorant. I was thinking on open a Pandora credit card since every time i go there they offer me to open it, i tought that was a perfect time to open it and use it! But the sales person never asked me if i want to open it. I was looking for a birthday gift for my mother in law and I didn’t know about the sale till i found out once i was at the store. So i picked something from the clearence and the woman made comments like: - sales person:what else you want? Me: that’s it! -sales person: that’s it??, this is all you want for a birthday gift? Me: yes! Is all i want! She gave me the bag i said thank you even when i was mad about her attitud and she responded: SURE (with attitude) I really love Pandora but with employees like this is really hard to think in coming back.

My sales associate seemed very irritated. As I was trying to talk about an item I wanted for my mother, she kept on talking to another employee. She was talking bad about an employee that currently wasn’t there and I felt really uncomfortable. Again, she seemed irritated to be there and I felt very rushed so I didn’t get to buy more as I planned to, I only got a necklace and 1 charm, I planned to get a ring and more charms as well but I felt very rushed. Also when placing my charm on the jewelry board, she just tossed it as if it was nothing. Very unprofessional.
