I placed a order for curbside pick up. I received a text saying my order was ready and to reply to the text with my name make/model of my car. I waited outside for over 45 minutes before I received my order.

I was told an item was out of stock, But when another customer asked about it they actually had it in stock. An associate looked at me and declined to work with me she asked another African American associate to help me. I felt out of place and unwanted in the store.

There were 3 separate wait times, a line to enter, waiting on a name to be called from a notebook, then a separate line to check out! I spent nearly 3 hours in that store! Partially because store employees were not enforcing the first come, first served rule. Partially because the sales representative that assisted me had to keep looking for prices.

Had a question about the warranty, when I asked the associate she looked at me and said “well what exactly do u think it covers” I told her she should be the one telling me, since I was the one asking the simple question. She rolled her eyes!! Then told me in a very brief “explanation” what the warranty covered. I told her I wanted a bracelet and pointed at the one I wanted, told her I wanted a charm as well that’s when her whole mood changed ! She was nice and soft spoke, so I guess she thought I wasn’t planning on buying anything and that’s why she gave me attitude. I shop at this particular location A LOT my husband got me my engagement ring here, honestly I don’t think I’ll be coming back. This was ridiculous

I had put my name on the list that they call in order to be waited on. I noticed that it was taking a while, so I walked over to the list and looked, my name was scratched off and they were 4 names past mine. I asked why my name wasn't called, they said it was called and I didn't respond. I was standing 10 feet from where they call the names, if they did call my name out it was not very loud at all. The Store manager needs to tell EACH associate when you call a name, call it LOUD and call it 2 or 3 times. then move on. I was paying attention, and I know that they were not calling the names very loud at all. The store was busy and it was pretty loud in there. they need a better system.

The employee serving me was not friendly at all. I felt like I was a bother to her, and that it was a struggle for her to sell me anything.

I asked about the promotion earing while I was buying the bracelet and charm and was told I would be giving the gift while being checked out. When I was checking out I was told they ran out yesterday (2/8). That was the only reason I bought over $125 dollars. Unfortunately I was miss guided and towards the end accepted it since I spent over 30 minutes at the Orland park location. If i was told from the beginning i would have gone to another location.

Me and my boyfriend walked in and the associates didn’t even acknowledge us until we waited behind a lady. Then before assisting us, she had to “double check” to make sure no one else was in line when there was no one waiting. The associates most likely though we weren’t going to purchase anything, hence why they didn’t ask if we needed assistance.

I was planning a quick in and out to purchase a new black leather bracelet. The Associate starts to tell me about how leather bracelets break and that I should purchase a gift set. I told her that I have a leather bracelet and that I was only looking to purchase another because the brown one I have was dirty. She then goes to shows me the set anyway saying I would get a better deal. I was not looking for a deal only for this bracelet. She then goes on to tell me that I should wait until next week because then I would receive free earrings with a purchase. I let her know that I had still had earrings that I have never worn from a similar sale before. She continues to try to talk me out of what I wanted making my trip in longer than I actually wanted it to be. At first her customer service was great but then it started to get more pushy I started to get discouraged with purchasing anything. After more time passed of her trying to get me to purchase things I did not want I finally just told her I only wanted the bracelet and her whole demeanor changed. She no longer communicated and was no just like she angry at me that I did not purchase this gift set.
