The person taking care wasn’t very friendly and gave me the feeling she thought I should have known more about what I was looking for before I came in the store. I understand it was a busy day for her but I didn’t truly understand what she was talking about so I’m go to call a friend and ask them.

The lady at the Orland Park location was not talking to me & was very short. She was not even willing to show me charms. She made me feel like I was in a rush & did not let me explore options.

I got a birthday coupon code and it didn't work. I showed the sales associates she couldn't help neither a manager. Also the line is ridiculously long.

I was very dissatisfied with my visit and purchase because I was told by the associate that the free pink jewelry case was not available and promotion expired 2 weeks ago. But promotion is still available via online as of 9/12/2020.

3 salespersonnel. Had to stand in a line outside store.i have a disability and there isn't anywhere to sit while you wait. Three other clerks looked like maybe training I person doing nothing at the door. Get more sales staff.

It's my 20th year anniversary and my husband wanted to purchase a bracelet for me as a gift. The Orland Park store did not have the bracelet or the charms Initials that I wanted. I was very disappointed

It was not regarding the in store experience but my phone calls to the store. I left a message on 7/10/20 the answering machine said they would call back as soon as possible since I was requesting information. I did not receive a call back that day. I called again the morning of 7/10/20 . at that time I said I wanted to place an order. The machine said they would call back in a few hours. When I hadn't received a call by 4::00 PM I decided to go personally to the store ( 1 hour away) in hopes my charm was in stock. I was able to get my charm. I finally got a call back on 7/12/20. I feel that THREE days later is unacceptable.
