The sales woman acted like she didn't know I was next to be seen to make a purchase, she tried to assist some woman who had a bunch of kids with her. I wasn't having it at all!!!

The wait I. The line is entirely too long. Even if it’s not COVID the wait is always extremely long. They need to really streamline the checkout process. Every time I have to Pandora I always waited 40 mins to hour. That sucks

I was told my merchandise was on hold and I wouldn't have to wait But I had to wit because they only hold for 24 hrs But that's not what I was told I had to wait for 1 hour I'm disabled so I asked for a chair And was grateful I didn't get the gift that I wanted And had to pay 20.00. More

Some one cut in front of me and the sales associate attended to them first. I also was unable to exchange a bangle that was too small, because there were no more and she didn’t offer any other replacement.

One of the charms I purchased was marked $25. When I went to pay it came up $35. I brought it to the salesperson attention and I explained I should only be paying $25 for the charm. She went and spoke to her manager whom said it was priced wrong and they would not sell it to me for $25. I expressed my dissatisfaction and poor customer service to the salesperson. This was my first time purchasing anything from Pandora and I was not at all happy about the mispriced charm.

Service need improvement. There was only one cashier and time waiting for checkout almost made me walk out without a purchase. There should be a better way to identify the product at checkout instead of going page for page, which is time consuming and leaves much room for error during keying. And finally the store options seemed limited or poorly arranged, it made of very difficult for me to shop and make selections. It was my first time in the store and I was very disappointed. If I hadn’t gotten a bracelet as a gift, I would never have gone to the store.
