While getting ready to check out the systems went completely down. Not once but 4 times. It was a inconvenience a story visit that would take about 20 ended up being over an hour due to the system being down.

I purchased a charm that I later decided that I did not want. The next day I tried to return it and was told it was a Last Chance item, and I could not return.

I was able to purchase the item that I came for. But my sales person reeked of alcohol. Her name was SAMMI. I started to ask for another sales person but I was almost done with my transaction. It got to the point Of being very nauseating. Upon leaving I did ask for a manager and brought it to her attention. I returned to the store 15 to 20 minutes later only to find her waiting on another customer. I did let the person I spoke to know that I would be sure to complete my survey and mention it.

The people there made it seem like it was a problem asking questions make me feel uncomfortable and not receiving great customer service

The greeter was unprofessional. Need training in treating all nationalities with respect.

I was put on a waiting list that was fine but the associate were in the back talking to each other not waitron the customers I had to wait for a while to get my charm

The customer service was not great. We didn't feel welcome and the salesperson wasn't warm and was short with us. We also felt she didn't listen to our requests

I asked to see the sale charms and found the Four Leaf clover was told the price $27.50 perfect I'll take and there was a Train charm was told same price Perfect but when he put it in the system each were $37.99 He was looking at the wrong sales sheet, that sale ended the day before Manager no help said sale over! Manager's job she should have made sure correct sales forms were available for her employees instead she just continued to chat with another employee Not happy at all
