Not that the store could help it, but of course at this time of the year, it was crowded! I was trying to move around in the store and that was pretty difficult.

i was not sure as to what i wanted i have a bracelet i want to get charms for i quess since i did not know exactly wat i wanted salesperson Olivia # 205959 i had to continue to ask to see charms she needs training in people skills and customer service before putting her n front of your customers

The person that helped us is Robert S. EE#202439. We can in for specific items. My husband wanted to view studs while I wanted to view other items. Robert informed us that he could only have out one tray per customer. Which has never happened to us before. When we shop in Pandora we are always able to view multiple trays so that we are able to make multiple selections and be checked out. After informing us of that about 2-3 mins later a lady walked up to my husband and asked if he would like to view anything at this time Robert was still working with and looked up and scoffed at the EE and my husband. After my husband made his selection he came back to us. The other EE informed the salesman that he could have my husbands sell as well where he began to work with us with an attitude. He then finished our purchase with an attitude. I asked him to put my jewelry on a specific way and he totally ignored it. I had him take everything apart and didn’t purchase everything I picked out because of his attitude. Robert needs a bit more training and he needs to have a stand along.

My salesperson was not up beat

I was not greeted upon entry. I waited patiently for about 7 minutes when three associates emerged from the back office. I was then greeted and assisted by a representative. Not the first one that emerged. I was shown items that met my query. The selection was limited. The associate did not make suggestions nor was I informed of the current promotions.

I bought two bracelets on Black Friday for my mom and sister. They did not receive them until Christmas. They fit at first, then we realized my sisters was too tight as it was bruising her and stopping blood flow. My mom was too big and we realized that it will stretch and get bigger. I went to Pandora to return and they told me I could not because it has been worn. I understand but it is highly annoying because I feel that I have wasted my money and I am not sure what to do.
