When I came in to make another purchase of a ring I asked the associate if she would clean my other three pandora ring she had an attitude and did so because the week before I bought a promise ring and was not given a box or a ring box and it was dirty . So when I bought this new ring I asked if it could be cleaned and she gave me a hard time and the man cleaning my rings gave me a dirty look.

The associate didn’t seem knowledgeable about product availability...she showed me an bracelet that I love but didn’t have my size when I asked what was available in my size....I will be returning my purchase to find and buy what I really wanted...she was just saling to sale

I had a question about inventory and had to wait 10 + minutes to talk to sales associate. Fortunately, they had what I was looking for but the sales associate had no personality and was very monotone. Don't get me wrong, the product is beautiful but the shopping experience was mediocre to say the least.

There was a promotion offered of $75.00 purchased to receive a lip coin purse. I felt it was unfair to have to purchase a specific items in efforts to receive the coin purse. My spouse purchased a $100 gift card on Valentine day in which that should of counted for the promotion offer. The sales associate suggested twice to me to use the gift card for the promotion offer and I kept saying no. It is my desire to purchase something more meaningful.

While the associate was not rude, she was cold and acted forced in having to be nice to me. I asked her a question and she just suggested I call customer service.

Associates made me wait for a long period of time and didn't bother to say I'll be with you shortly. Answering phone calls with the store is busy is unacceptable. If you answer the call place them on hold and take care of the customer that's waiting. I had to wait for a long period of time just for a gift card. the other associates were busy helping others but didn't say Hi I'll be with you shortly or ask someone to assist me. One associate was on the phone wasn't sure if she was talking she was just holding the phone, then another associate came from the back and started stocking like I wasn't standing there. So rude I'll go to Chicago Ridge where their helpful. Not a good experience for a shopper who spend money.

The sales person seem to be new. She was not familiar with the merchandise. No experience level.

The store was unable to handle the volume of business. The wait to see an associate was abut 40 minutes and the sales associate that waited on me just wanted to complete a transaction. She wasn't interested in trying to show me options/or give suggestions.

I had a coupon for Free Bangle if you spend $125 or more sales associate didn't know anything about it and I was left with no other option then to buy a bangle separately, I might just return the whole gift since I didn't get what I was looking for and the bangle I have has to be exchanged for a bigger size
