the associate didn't gave enough options of charms in my price range (just like 3 options) and asked for especific charm and she said they didnt have it in silver, and later I found it in the book with all the available charms, seems like she was in a rush or didn't wanted to help us.

There were so many more designs and styles that we could have seen. At the end the associte didnt even offer a box or bag for our product she just said thank you and we just stood there until we asked for a box or something. Terrible service the other associates were friendly and nice except the one taking care of us

The sales associate, Ayah, was very nice however the clearance charm I purchased was not the price she quoted me. She said the charm was 27.99 and it came out to 37.99 so I’d like this to be fixed

I am unsatisfied with the customer service. After waiting in line, we are directed to an associate (Stephanie) that was very rude. We greeted her while she stood there and ignored us and said she had to double check if it was our turn, then gets the people who were standing behind us in line and proceeded to not acknowledge us while we were standing there still.

The associate assisting was not knowledgeable of the items or location of items. She continued to cough in her hand then touch the merchandise. Also, her appearance was not clean: nose and mouth.

I did not like how the associates were assisting other customers first after the fact I was there before them. I feel as if I should of been assisted first before the people that came in after me.

They were holding a ring for me which was a gift and they were holding the wrong ring. I gave her the item number and it was still wrong.
