The associate put our name on the list. We waited for a hour. Once we receive the text. We waited another 30 minutes . Very un acceptable .

My bracelet needed cleaning, I was told it would be ready Monday went back Wednesday it wasn’t even cleaned. We waited for and hour. I dropped it off Sunday.

I exchanged my bracelet because it broke less than a week. The bracelet I received was tarnish and had to be cleaned. I had to speak up and say something, I feel like the supervisor should’ve noticed that right away instead of just exchanging it and sending me on my way. Also, I was informed that I would have to stand back in a long line to make a purchase after I exchanged my bracelet. Why? I was in the store because my bracelet broke in less than a week and I still came and patronized the location. Why should I have to stand back in line when I could’ve looked at the charms and make a purchase.

There was I long line outside of the store.One associate was taking name at the door, and another was telling people to Just get in line. It was a mess. The associated that help me with my items, I picked out was perfect.

The bracelet ordered was to small it was a kid bracelet for my 40yr old nurse sister I ask if they can please give bigger size she frowned her nose up and said NO we don't do that I told please give me the next size up because my sister has been through a lot she said No and she went back in and wrapped it and bag it she could have changed it for me I felt so bad having to give that to my sister she now can't even wear it until the store opens back up 😭 not satisfied in the midst of it all we had just lost our dad

The experience was get in and out, I didn't receive a bag for my bracelet. I saw a lady receive one from a another pandora associate. I figured I need to spend more than$220. To receive one. I feel like my bracelet is a little big. I wasn't satisfied with that. It's a rush experience. I'm self employed for 20years as a hairstylist so I'm aware of customer service. My experience was a rushed experience. I would try it on a not so busy day. It was on Sunday so I will give understanding due to the circumstances.

I had to exchange this item because it was incorrectly written down on my wife's wish list. There was a little lack of knowledge on my previous visit, as that sales associate did not know of the stores wish list and insisted that they only had an on line wish list. Another associate assisted in showing her where the wish lists were kept.

Sales associate was very helpful but not really engaged. She did answer any questions I had and also took time to show me retired pieces.One thing I was really annoyed with that made my experience unsatisfying the sales associate was intoned with everyone else in the store. Any other associate helping other customers she would constantly draw her attention to them. I would have loved her full attention on me at that time. Every time she would step away she would have to see what was going on with someone else. Its not the first time I have experienced this.
