It was my first time there and I was not explained certain things. I used the wishlist and when I picked up the associate was rude and gave me whichever size. I was unaware I needed to choose a size for my bracelet and he didn’t ask me. I then checked out and asked for an additional bracelet and the lady on register was nice. I then saw she brought the wrong one and pointed it out, she then continued to ask questions like it was my fault. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and misinformation from the associates.

It was my first time purchasing pandora he left and the sales associate I receive was not 100% helpful at times, a little indifferent and just overall didn’t make me feel excited to be buying me jewelry. I felt weird to ask questions at times. It just seemed like she wanted to get us in and outz

I arrived at the store at 650p and was told the store closes at 8p and the line was too long and so I was turned away.... when I questioned purchasing online with I store pickup the door clerk Indicated I could be added to a waiting list to potentially enter the store before 8 PM closing it was only after she recognize that I was most serious about making a purchase and knew exactly what I wanted that she was willing to potential he put me in line. Fortunately I was successful and I did get in the store that day well before 8 PM my dissatisfaction comes from the line being cut off more than an hour before store closing and in my opinion the line was not quite that long.

The time you have to wait in line to get in the store is terrible and sales associate walk away going to the back when you see you have a long line need to do better.

I expressed some concerns about losing one of my charms because the hoop if loose and she told me “call customer service because I don’t wanna touch cause then I’ll be responsible for it”. She just didn’t want to be bothered. I could’ve spoke to a manager but I didn’t want to cause any problems.

The person that helped me today at the Pandora store was very rude and she didn't show me everything I had to pull things up on my phone that I had stored in the cart in order to ask her questions and she kept walking away

The salesperson, seemed as if she was rushing me. to the point when I left and returned home, I purchased the jewelry cleaner that was not in my bag. I haven't went back or called because I just noticed yesterday 09/30/20 and I made my purchases on the 28th. Other than that everything else was fairly well.
