In store wasn’t the problem. I came in to switch an online purchase but was told they couldn’t help with that order and keep to call. Customer service never answered. So now I’m stuck with a useless bracelet. I’m store staff were very helpful in trying their best to help me as much as they possibly could. But I’m not satisfied with pandora online shopping experience and return set up

First the store hours on the website state closing at 8pm but when I arrive at 7:34pm I’m advised the line has a cutoff time and the lady taking names for the line wasn’t very nice or helpful so I asked for a manager. The website states a free bracelet with a $85 value with purchase over $150 but the store doesn’t have any and instead gives me a bracelet that’s less than the promotional value after I spend $450. Whole experience was terrible and staff needs customer service training. I will not go back to this store in Orland Park.

We had to wait to be serviced . Even though we could walk-into the store. This was my first instite o dora experience. I will never likely shop at the orland park store because of how busy it was .

I stood in line waiting to be welcomed in , one associate looked at me and went to the back. The other associate stared at me until I made a motion if I should come in?

The I pad was not working properly. The sales lady used two I pads and was not working when I entered my debit card had to enter my email 3 times. Used another device and card went threw. Was not pleased with the device.

It was the wait time outside the store . Over 1/2 hr I felt the Sales person continued once you get in there to try to make more of a sale while there was probably 30 people waiting in line outside they needed to move them quicker

That line outside the store is ridiculous! It’s too long! You all need to get a better system or more sales associates.
