There really wasn't a lot of product to choose from. I did purchase two charms alike. The associate was really too persistent. I don't like to be pushed into making purchases I'm not ready to do at that time

Ashley was very helpful however when it came to sanitation not so well Ashley coughed in her hand and never sanitized or wash hands also an employee named Ashanti greeting at the front door ask for my name and when I gave her a nick name because my real one is hard to pronounce then leaned over and laughed to her coworker about my name this made me feel VERY uncomfortable

We were not greeted when we walked in. It took me walking up to an associate to even get acknowledged and told there was a sign-in sheet. The associate that helped me really did not offer much assistance when we had questions he just said... "it's up to you". I know it is up to me but I was asking for his opinion because this was my daughters first bracelet.

My Initial was for a cleaning the sale person never got my cleaning receipt first of I could've came back in the and act like I never received my cleaning .she wasn't very helpful at all.

The sales associate was extremely short with me. She kept looking at her Apple Watch during my transaction. I’ve worked for a Pandora franchise before, and the lack of customer service was astonishing. She never asked was this for me or a gift. She only showed what I asked for (thank goodness I looked online prior to coming in). The holidays are coming, not once did she suggest anything. Overall, it was a disappointing visit

No one was available to greet upon entry. The log sheet that an employee uses to allow guest in was out but again no one present. I walked in and still no greeting or help. I waited about 10 min a lady asked if I needed assistance. The store was not overly crowded to go unnoticed that long. I knew exactly what I wanted. I asked for the largest of the heart shaped clasped earrings. The associate appeared to not know what I wanted and made like my request was completely unclear. All she had to do was grab a book if she didn’t know. I’ll continue to order on line instead.

I was looking for a first time grandma pendant for my wife and couldn’t find one. They did have a grandma charm that I ended up buying, but thought it was way too expensive. Probably never shop at Pandora again

The Orland Mall location has the opening time shown as 11am, but we were let in at 12 and the workers were simply taking selfies and completely ignoring the group of people that were lined up waiting. This could have been easily solved by either changing the time online or having one of the workers come out and tell us that they open at 12.

I return a broken item from Joliet store to Orland Park Mall and was charge taxes again!. Didn’t make sense since it was an even exchange product!.
