There was a promotion so it was very busy. I put my name on the list . After waiting 15 minutes, I told greater I was going across the hall to another store. I came back 10 minutes later and they had called the 5 people before me and people after. I was told that I should have signed up AGAIN and waited again. She then proceeded to help me. The store is always hot. They need to have enough staff whenever There is a promotion so that people don't have to wait in line

I felt that service was adequate but not over the top. I feel as though that staff was friendly, but carried on conversations with other employees while helping me. It felt like it was a chore for them to be helping me at times.

I had been in earlier in the week and put a bracelet with charms on hold until the sale. When I came back to complete my purchase, they could not locate my merchandise. Fortunately the sales associate was able to duplicate my merchandise and complete the sale.

The salesperson Tenita was very pleasant and knowledgable, she smiled while showing concern for my interest and selection.

The store sales associate was not considerate of my budget even after I told her what it was. I understand that they have to make sales and may even get commission but I don't like feeling pressured to spend more than what I've budgeted for. Also, for some reason my information is never saved. I shop Pandora often and there should be a record of my purchases so I don't have to try to remember or search for pictures of what I've already bought.

The associate helping us smelled of cigarette smoke. It's offputting since we were working so close with her looking at charms.

Sales associate just seemed like she didn’t want to assist me very unwelcoming. If I wasn’t there for an item for a gift I had already decided to get before arriving there I would have left without purchasing anything.

I was not satisfied with my experience because my sales associate whole attitude was very off putting. She acted as if we were bothering her. I would ask questions and she didn't really have the knowledge to answer them.
