I would have liked to view the newest rose gold charms immediately. They were underneath the counter. But sales person accessed them immediately

The wait was very long. I will not return to this store it is too far for me.

Tight spaces to view and try on product

I was highly statisfied with my sales person. This was the first time purchasing from Pandora and I appreciate the fact she was very knowledgeable on all products. I was slightly disappointed with the checking in process, I thought the woman was a little snipped, when checking in. However I’m glad I stayed, and met my sales person. Plus I love my new bracelet and daughter is over the moon on her ring!

The store design at the location Orland does not give me the wow factor as I experienced at locations I visited in other cities the closest wow store nearest to me is Water Tower. However this location serves great for convenience

I have been to this store several times. It is very clean and all of the sales personnel seem very nice and knowledgeable. I was satisfied mostly because of the sale, which is why we were there and we love Pandora's products!

Some of the charms I saw online were not available in the store. I typically look online to make my selections then I go to the store to make my actual purchase.

I wasn’t aware of the item I purchased was actually fourteen carat gold instead of the rose gold edition items, other than that my experience is always good.

The Sales Associate wasn't knowledgeable about certain things and wasn't trying to be accommodating , but the Manager on Duty was AMAZING and took care of the issue in a timely manner. I ALWAYS have a great experience at this Pandora, except for this visit.
