The salesperson that waited on me was not friendly at all. I walked in the store wanting to buy Christmas gifts.She just wanted to make a sale, it was not about my needs I was asking her questions about my purchase she act like she didn't want to answer any of my question,so I just brought the items and left the store totally not pleases with my experience, will not be shopping at the Orland Square mall Pandora any more My salesperson name was Tenita she is really not a friendly person

I feel the prices are steep. The warranty on the products should be longer. I also feel there should be free cleaning for products that are Pandora.

Wait time to get assistance, which was close to an hour, is unacceptable. Even if there was a promotion that was running, extra staff should've been there.

I was a very dis satisfied customer about this time last year. i emailed your customer service a couple of times and i never heard back. I feel that Pandora does not care about their customers and does not want to hear about anything that is not OK. I feel like Pandora just wants you to buy but does not care to hear anything that you are unhappy with. So that is why i feel that your store does not rate Highly Satisfied.

I went prior to Black Friday to avoid long lines. Had a slight wait, and spent close to four hours in the store. Although I love my purchases made.

I do not live in Chicago, I live in Georgia so it is not likely that I will return to that location. I was there with family also, and one of my cousins purchased a bracelet with charms and she was waiting for an associate to assist her and one of the associates was rude . Thankfully another associate came to assist her and she bought the bracelet with charms. My cousin was very excited about getting the bracelet and was almost deterred from shopping. I know this is not the practice of Pandora and had to explain to her that I am surprised that treatment occurred at this store.
