I understand it was the holidays but did feel a bit of pressure to make quick decisions so they could move onto the next customer. For the waiting list process I noticed the girls was skipping around, people that signed in after us were seen before we were, when I asked where we were on the list she immediately got us with the next sales associate.

The selection of charms was less than I had hoped for, and the wait for assistance was far too long.

I was very satisfied with the attention of your associate; she was patient and helpful with us. I was a little uncomfortable with the waiting time, but I believe it is because the holiday time. I won’t like the exchange police.

The sales associate that greeted me, incorrectly spelled my name on the waiting list, causing me to have to wait longer than needed. I actually spelled my name for her.

My sales person Tenita was not friendly at all, no smiling seems to me that she was just trying to make a sale, I'm asking her questions about the items that I was going to purchase and she act like she didn't want to answer any of my question, so I just purchased the items and left the store totally not pleases with my experience
