The Pandora store in our mall is always very busy. Seems like they need to have more sale people available.

I feel my bracelet is too small for me. But the sales lady we had was insistent that is is the right size. It doesn't move on my wrist at all it just sit in one spot and doesn't move

Based on Christmas season, had to wait longer than usual. Long lines, lots of people. Standing too long.

When signed in at the door it was difficult to view what was available due to people lined up waiting blocking the display cases and other display cases were so high you would need a ladder to see them and they were out of catalogs. If there was a catalog available I could have at least looked at it and then asked to see the actual charm for a better look.

I came on Christmas Eve it was a long line and to many people in the store really couldn't look at everything but the workers made it work out fine.

I wanted to pay with a specific credit card and the chip did not work but i know the strip does. I was told i could not use the swipe strip and had to use a different card. After buying with the card i did not want to use, i had to transfer money in my accounts to cover the charge by going to 2 different banks to do this. Was not happy i couldnt use the swipe strip.

The line was extremely long and the wait was long. I know that’s not the stores fault though. Once in, the line wa ms organized though.

My experience was fine. No huge complaints. I just felt like the lady that was helping me seemed disinterested. It was my first time at a Pandora so I had lots of questions but she made me feel like she didn’t care. Felt like I would have spent more money if it wasn’t for that.

Extremely busy, had to wait in line to go into the store then wait for name to be called. They were sold out of a few items that i was looking for. However the staff was friendly and welcoming.
